Can I return custom-printed products?

No. Everything we print is made to order for you, so printed goods cannot be returned. This applies to business cards, flyers, banners, signs, stickers, mugs and every other custom print product.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will reprint it. Contact us with your order details and we will arrange the reprint.

How do I report a problem with my order?

Business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, signs, stickers, mugs and all our other printed products are produced to your artwork and specification, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.
