Is cold emailing legal?
Under UK rules (PECR) you can email limited companies, LLPs and public bodies if each message clearly identifies the sender and offers an easy opt-out. Sole traders and partnerships are treated differently, so we leave them out. This is practical guidance, not legal advice.
Will it affect my own email?
No. Campaigns send from separate domains and mailboxes.
Why does it take a few weeks to start?
A new sending domain needs two to three weeks of gentle warm-up so your emails reach inboxes.
Is there a contract?
No long contracts. Monthly plans roll on with 30 days’ notice, although three months is a fair period to judge results.
