Privacy, Cookie & Accessibility Statements
Missing or copied policy pages are a risk and a poor first impression. We write privacy notices, cookie notices and accessibility statements around how your website and business actually work, and check your ICO registration while we are there.
These are practical documents, not legal advice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is this legal advice?
No. The wording is based on ICO and GOV.UK guidance and how your business works, but we are not solicitors. Complex situations, such as health data or large-scale processing, should be reviewed by a qualified adviser.
Do we need to register with the ICO?
Most organisations that handle personal data must pay the ICO data protection fee unless exempt. We check whether you are covered.
What is an accessibility statement?
A public page explaining how accessible your site is, known problems and how to report issues. Public sector sites must publish one in a set format.
Can you also fix the accessibility problems?
Yes. See our accessibility audits and accessible website design services.
