How much does a website with a booking system cost?

A 5 to 6 page website with a fully custom booking system is a one-off £299 plus VAT. Hosting (from £8 a month) and your domain name are the only ongoing costs.

Are there monthly fees for the booking system itself?

No. There is no subscription for the booking system, no commission on bookings, no per-staff or per-service charges and no add-on modules to buy. You pay for the build once and then only for hosting and your domain.

How is this different from Bookly, Amelia or SimplyBook.me?

Those are products you rent or license by the month or year, and their plans limit staff, bookings or features. Your system is built around your own services, practitioners, add-ons and opening hours, and nothing has to be renewed to keep it working.

Can clients choose a particular barber, stylist or technician?

Yes. Each practitioner has their own services, working hours and days off, and clients can pick a person or the first available.

Can I offer add-ons and extras?

Yes. Add-ons such as a beard trim, gel removal or an extra treatment are added to the booking with their own price and time, so the diary slot is the right length.

Do I get notified of bookings?

Yes. Every booking is emailed to you and to your client straight away and recorded in the booking system.

Can clients pay or leave a deposit online?

Online card payments and deposits are not part of the standard £299 package. Most local businesses take payment in person. If you need online deposits, ask us for a quote.

I already have a website. Can you add a booking system?

The £299 price is for a new website with the booking system built in. If you already have a site, get in touch and we will advise on the best way to add booking.

What about Treatwell, Fresha or Booksy, which bring me new clients?

Marketplaces can bring new customers, but they charge commission on those first bookings, and their subscriptions and fees keep running. A fast local website with its own booking system lets customers who find you on Google or social media book direct, and you keep all of the money.
